Responsibilities:
Organise and deliver multiple elements in the
development of complex, large-scoped web-based
projects
Conceptualise and develop design ideas – create layouts and functional web design elements and enhancements Perform maintenance and content updates

Participate in regular design discussions and actively
contribute ideas and solutions
Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX design
Work closely with designers, backend programmers and collaborate with other team members

Requirements
Diploma or Higher in the fields of Art / Design / Creative
Multimedia
Minimum of 2 years working experience in the related field Strong design skills with an outstanding portfolio Involvement in award-winning projects are a preferred plus point

Expert-level knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
Proven track record of executing web projects from
conceptualization to deployment
Strong understanding of user interface design processes and methodologies, particularly as applied in web-based applications Proven ownership of a completed User Interaction Design (UID) project

Must be able to work under pressure with minimal
supervision
Highly motivated and committed to delivering high quality work
Knowledge of the latest front-end Web developments such as SVG, Node.js, responsive framework, and rapid front-end development (such as preprocessing, minification or concatenation)
Possess intermediate to expert-level Flash 2.0 and AS 3.0
skill sets with a portfolio of online samples
Highly motivated and committed to delivering high quality work
